I will now reveal the identity of the child actress:

It's Lisa Loring, who played 'Wednesday' on the Addams Family television show during the 1960's. She was born in 1958 on the Pacific island of Kwaijalein of a caucasian father and a polynesian mother. In the show, she often had a doll named Marie Antoinette that she kept decapitating. She later married porno actor Jerry Butler. I remember lots of young girls dressing up as Wednesday during Halloween in the 60s and there are still 'Wednesday' costumes sold in stores.
