8. i was born on da south side but grew up on the west side....

...in the austin district. family moved to da nort'west side and when i got outta college i moved to da nort' side.

no matter where i lived, i always considered myself a nort' sider....went to lane tech HS and spent every waking minute in rogers park, lakeview, wrigleyville and lincoln park. i lived in andersonville after college.

i sure wish i could get an italian beef (sweet, hot and wet) and an old style right about now. unfortunately, that's impossible.
