1. I have used and gotten interviews from ads
On Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com, and the Wisconsin Jobnet. Of course, Wisconsin jobnet is just Wisconsin jobs aside from a few in neighboring states.

There is a columbusjobs.com by the same company. For me, I knew what I wanted and that site had the search parameters to weed out what I didn't want.
