She alternates between being curious about the baby and being miffed that she doesn't soak up all the attention in the room any more. :D

35. you think the dog is bitchy
you should see the cat.

The only time that cat came near me, or treated me "kindly" was when I picked up Trina, a cat Mr. and Mrs. Uly rescued.

I pulled out the cat carrier, and Mr. Kitty was ecstatic.

12. The dog will grow to love the baby.
As soon as he eats solid food in a baby dining seat, she'll appreciate the rain of treats. :)

14. He is so cute! How old is he? What is his name?
When our daughter (who is now 14) was an infant, our cat would stand guard over her. HE was very protective! BTW- when dod they start putting warnings on baby bedding?

23. Precious little child, U.! Cute dog too.
Is the dog a mutt, or a well-bred? It looks just like the late Sirius (8/25/2005) and my other dog, Nick-Nick.

Classic pic of you three. Mom must have taken it.

Sweet Sirius

That is a classic picture. Your expression, baby's expression, and the dog's quizzical look. That my friend, in addition to being an important chronicle for a young family, is a photo contest winner. Thanks for posting those pics.

All three of my children came out looking like something from a scene from "V". But then the Daddy-gene kicks in and you'll slap anyone who says anything other than "adorable"

Don't know you from Adam, mate, but a thousand congratulations on your new addition!
