It's snowing

Only the second time this year, which is VERY weird.
It's not sticking around, just falling from the sky.
Even if it tries to stay, theres a high of 10 on Armistice day.

Oh well. It's pretty.

I love it so much, but it rarely happens here. When it does anything like that it is only ice. It is never soft snow!!

11. I miss snow.

I don't miss slush and ice ruts and needing to shovel or plow, but I miss the beautiful way snow dresses up the landscape.

people who live in snowy places (like me) going to snowy places in the winter for vacation.
I'll take my trips to South America over that in February ANY time

14. It is headed for 80-F here in the mountains of NC.

It sounds like it is pouring rain outside, but it is actually leaves falling. I guess they are making a lot of noise because it is so powder-keg dry here.
