An oldie but a goodie.
This guy goes into a supermarket and confronts the produce manager. "Your bananas are 59 cents a pound."
"Yes sir," replies the produce manager, "they are."
"Well," the guy continues, "the store across the street has them priced at 39 cents a pound."
"Then why, sir," asks the produce manager, "don't you buy them there?"
"Because they're all out," the guy explains.
"Buddy, we can do better than that," replies the produce manager. "When we're all out, our bananas are 29 cents a pound."
