our guest doesn't like mushrooms so that was out. and Cabernet sauce i make frequently so i've been looking for something 'different'
found it.
I am serving a Chateaubriand roast with a reduced blackberry & port wine sauce
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm should be WONDEROUS!
guess its a 'berry' Thanksgiving since i'm also making a white chocolate, raspberry CHAMBORD cheesecake :9
