Need some Homer Simpson help

I'm looking for a .wav or .mp3 of Homer saying something about blowing pot smoke (medical marajuana) in the president's stupid monkey face. If I knew exactly what it was he said, I could find it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

It's hard to forget a quote like that. He said, "I could walk right up to the president and blow smoke in his stupid monkey face, and he'd just have to sit there and groove on it." It's from the episode called "Weekend at Burnsies" (#DABF11). Sorry, I don't have a .wav file of it.
