Reason I asked is, I made cheesesteak sandwiches with heirloom "Green Zebra" tomatoes this summer, and they were fantastic. (Green Zebras are green when ripe ...)

and sliced it into thin strips.

Bought the tomatoes at Publix. Cut them in large slices, drizzled some olive oil on, and grilled them. But not too long. Want to maintain some firmness.
