1. Can we have a choice for....

Presumed not guilty until proven by a preponderance of the the evidence in a court of law by a jury of his peers (which should prove interesting to find) and I will not judge until have I have the evidence to make a decent determination because I am a democrat who believes that acusation does not necessarily equal guilt?

Where is the one that says "He is innocent until proven guilty"?

It's beyond me how anyone can say for sure whether or not he is guilty simply because they don't like him and think he's a freak.

Anybody can accuse somebody of something, but don't we still have due process in this country?

It is a waste of bandwidth, airtime and newsprint. But Americans are absolutely OBSESSED with celebrities. It's embarrassing.

I suspect that some stuff went on that may have been questionable, in bad taste or a bit over the edge.

I think Jackson is mentally incompetent. I think he's got the emotional responses of a little kid. I don't think he's capable of assembling the mental concept of doing anything really nasty to kids. He's trying to be a kid himself.

He needs help, has needed help for a long time and probably isn't going to get it unless he wants it (which his probably beyond his ability to comprehend) and pays for it.
