Donnybrook is a roundtable discussion show on the local PBS station in St Louis. The range of opinions run from kind of liberal to extreme right-wing. Every week there is a Donnybrook poll and this week's poll is about gay marriage...

3. Then why are we being told 80% don't want gay marriage

As far as I concerned if being gay is a sin and we should outlaw then we should outlaw lying, greed, adultry, e.t.c..

8. What I don't understand is that the right-wing preachers

get their panties in a wad because they think gays are more promiscuous than straights. NOW that many gays would like to sanctify their relationships by getting married the same right-wing still gets their panties in a wad over THAT.

I figure that gay people cannot do any worse a job at marriage than straights have done. After all don't 50% of marriages end in DIVORCE?
Is the right-wing afraid of gays being better at the marriage thing?
