I don't have "semi" I have the real it-bites-the-big-one variety. I do find that looping Barry Manilow's "At The Copa" will induce sleep.

:shrug: It could be stress biting in as well. Maybe I need to view that statue of shrub falling in Ireland with some classical music. It aint easy getting to sleep. I have a hard time sleeping.

9. Ah, if you have stress biting

get a bite plane made by your dentist. Pop that sucker in and it forces your mouth into a "relaxed" position. Believe it or not, this really helps. Also melatonin (herbal) really works, except there's like a "window" of sleep which you must use, otherwise it's like you haven't taken it.
