He said he wants his DHHS employees to be healthy, so when he sees them smoking, he takes the cig out of their hands and tells them not to smoke. And if he sees an employee eating too much, he tells that employee that they need to cut back and exercise more.

Sounds like a controlling boss, the kind I could never work for.
