Did anyone see any point in the third "Matrix" movie?

Just saw it today. Can't believe how much it sucked. WTF was that? That was supposed to "conclude" the story? Not quite, in my opinion. For my friend and I who saw it, it just led to more questions. The second installment wasn't that good, but this one was awful. I think I enjoyed about 10 minute of it for the cool special effects; that was it. I was mostly bored by it, but expected a payoff. There wasn't one.

Everyone loved the original Matrix, made 4 years ago.

Matrix 2 had mixed reviews despite everybody loving the f/x. :eyes:

Matrix 3 seems to be ALL bad reviews except for everybody loving the f/x. :eyes: :eyes:

Guess what? f/x date far more rapidly than the story and characters. Most modern sci-fi might look nicer, but will end up being LESS watchable compared to pre-1986 stuff.

It was absolutely pointless. Almost as bad relative to the first two as the Godfather III
