Are you switching your cellular company today??
Monday has been dubbed cell phone Independence Day. Consumers get to keep their cell numbers when they switch wireless carriers.

Are you switching?? I'm not!!

1. Nor I.
I have Cingular Wireless, and so far (about six years) they've been just fine for my needs.

3. I will eventually...
I want to see how this plays out.
We only got cell phones a few years ago, and went with Verizon. I think we could switch to Cingular, and have a larger local territory and more minutes (with rollover) for the same amount of money.

4. Not today, but soon...
It is the last personally owned product I have that uses Verizon. When I switch, my home will be as close to a Verizon Free Zone as possible.

6. I might, but not soon.
I upgraded my phone about 6 months ago, so I still have to be on my plan for another 6 months before I'm free.

But I've been quite disappointed with T-Mobile's coverage and their text messaging (some of my text messages get delayed by HOURS).

Not being able to keep my number kept me from changing 6 months ago - it's great that that won't be an obstacle anymore.

9. I'm happy with AT&T
sure, there could be a few extra perks with switching - but I'm pleased with my service and I'll stick with it.

But it is a great feature to have!!!
