DU Group Gathering for the Holidays (Chat Room)

I want to put a chat group together for all of us DU'ers who will be spending the holidays alone.
Also, the people on DU that need to escape from crazy relatives can join in to.

Anyone Interested in a Chat Room for a group of us DU'ers that will be alone on the holidays?

1. Let's use IRC

that way we can designate mods for the room and put it on invite only or kick/ban disruptors (or even K-line them, if they disrupt the server as well).

IRC also has the happy benefit of being able to transfer files, so I can post my WHOLE 'new world order' text folder, full of articles and editorials of note, into the room as well.
