Texas DUers - San Antonio get-together this coming weekend

Hey y'all. It's time to have another conclave. We're having a little post-turkey day shindig down in San Antonio this coming Saturday night (11/29) at 7pm.

Some of us Austin folks will be car-pooling down and someone is looking into splitting a hotel room(s) if we need to.

We'd love to see some of you folks from the rest of the state. PM me for details about where we're meeting. (Apparently GOPisEvil's paranoia about releasing too many details on the board is contagious.) :-)

Laz and I can kick the asses of anyone who isn't actually Special Forces or real Brown/Black belt types - we can eat the wannabes and chickenhawks for breakfast (we don't 'cause chickenhawks are usually too high in carbs and cholesteral - off the diet).
I look at it this way - anyone who is a real patriot won't hassle the group, anyway. The ones who would are nothing but bullies and cowards - if they can get their courage up enough to do anything other than glower and weakly snark at us from a distant corner of the resturant or bar...
(and then, of course, boast to their buddies how big, brave, and rightgeous they were for even showing up...heck, the majority of those buttercups would boast about showing up and "kicking our collective liberal pansy-asses" if they even drove past the mall parking lot...)

We're going to be a few minutes late for the shindig. Turns out my dad planned some big family to-do that night, but it's a half hour earlier. We're just going to show our faces to the family, say hi, and book out of there, and it's only ten minutes away. After all, we'll be seeing the family the whole weekend, right?

I'm just looking forward to watching the Spurs (hopefully) whup up on the Lakers Friday night on ESPN. :D
