Poll question: Would men look good in miniskirts and go-go boots?
Women did it in the 60s and it looked cool.

Yes, some men probably got turned on - but that's their problem, I'm talkin' about fashion here. I think the style was very fashionable, but what do I know - I'm just a gay guy. :D

1. Did you read that New York Times Article?

The new "in" fashion amongst designers in the cosmopolitan capitals of the world is the creation of skirts for men. The only cultures I have seen that allow skirts are the Scottish, Samoan, and Tongan.

This is the article

but you have to pay for it.

2. Sort of related to that question
There are videos on the Utilikilts website showing the advantages of a Utilikilt. These are made by purchasers of the kilts, not the company itself (the company is basically the guy who came up with the pattern and some people who sort of sew for him when they need money - it's not exactly a global multinational). They are hysterical, particularly the Camping one.

(Oh, and I LOVE a man in a kilt. Most women do.)

6. I am utilizing my quirky and off-kilter sense of humor, yes. OTOH...
I like looking at mens' legs. So do other types of people.

And it's a fashion trend that HASN'T happened in America yet, and I'd prefer seeing something new to a retread of a style that used to be, that way I won't have to wish I lived in that period because something better exists now - and we're stuck living in "now" anyway. :D

4. I have a few kilts.
I only wear them for special occasions. Marryins' and buryins' mostly. I'd actually wear a kilt more often, if it wouldn't result in a 15 minute conversation with everyone I see.

5. go-go boots wouldn't fit over my muscular calves
and a mini skirt wouldn't compliment my thick powerful thighs and glutes. :)

besides, i'm just too butch for that look high-fashion look.
