Would you boil ribs and then bring them to a Matcom potluck? |

9. Maybe you should shave them... |
|
A little whipped cream couldn't hurt, also.

Naw, I'd boil green beans... |
|
Until, they had reached that school cafeteria "grey matter" status.

6. Yes - Matcom reccomends boiling the ribs for a good day |
|
Before you throw them on the grill.
And gas only!

11. There was a BBQ event at a friend's place a few years back |
|
Edited on Fri Dec-30-05 11:42 AM by Gormy Cuss
Three Q masters made their own rubs and sauces then labored over the Webers and smoker all day to produce a fine selection of BBQ meat, only to have one of the clueless guests suggest this helpful hint for speeding up the process. Everyone was polite, but she wasn't on the invitation list for future BBQ events.

15. Well ya gotta boil them until they turn grey |
|
Otherwise they just don't taste right.
And for full flavoring, you might want to douse the ribs in gasoline before grilling....that petrol flavor can't be beat!
