I'm sitting up, with "Sleepless in Seattle," which I've seen countless times, on the TV, in the company of three demanding dogs.:D
My friend, of the Christmas dinner, was just released from the hospital late yesterday, after having had surgery on Wednesday, so I'm here to do whatever I can, but he's been asleep for several hours. But I have no complaints, since I just received a New Year's phone call, my friend is on the mend, I'm needed here and I'm safe, as it's snowing and slippery outside, and I'm in the company of friends, both canine and the terrific folks on DU! And I just poured myself a glass of wine... Cheers and a most Happy New Year to you, my friend!!!:toast:
