I despise the "anorexia is grand" ideal that society forces on women. However I don't find near nakedness appealing. Women wearing clothing that leaves half their private parts hanging out looks sleazy, not sexy IMO.

9. I was struck by the fact that everyone else was wearing

winter clothing due to the freezing temperature and she had on hardly anything. The guys with her had gloves and hats and coats on!

She had to be cold. Wasn't room under that little thing she wore for a thermal bra, panties or long johns. There may have been room for some strategically placed tiny heat pads--but somehow I doubt she did that.

On the other network, Mary J. Blige also wore white, but quite a bit more--she looked pretty but considerably warmer than Mariah.

on both of your points. Hard to not get embarrassed for her... I kind of go back and forth between embarassment and feeling sorry for her.

The days of her initial success and girlish youth are fading, and she seems to be desperately clinging to it. That's sad to me. A woman can still be sexy and attractive beyond her twenties, even more so. But she's can't necessarily wear what a twenty year old would wear to do so.
