Mine was to eat better,I got up this A.M and ate 3 donuts.So mine lasted 8.2 hours that's actually pretty good for me.How have you faired?

Two years ago, I went to Weight Watchers, lost weight, and kept most of it off. Although I stopped before I was through so I'll be making that resolution again this year. But I took action and made a positive change that stuck!
