Celebrity weight loss before and afters--

Since some of you will be starting new years resolutions to lose weight, get in shape, etc. thought I'd provide some inspiring before and after pictures. My other (primary)reason was I was just shocked that Sarah Rue doesn't even look like herself anymore!

Sarah Rue--I've always thought she was beautiful, and a great representative for being a real size in Hollywood. Last night dh showed me pictures in People of Star Jones (who I'd already seen), near that pic I was very surprised to see Sarah Rue...blown away in factby her transformation.

Jack Osbourne looks quite different, and unlike his mum, he did it with diet and exercise. Good for him!

2. But she did it in a good healthy way and she feels better

about herself. I thought she was beautiful before and she is beautiful now and her happiness radiates through!

3. I actually think that Star Jones

looks better before her surgery then after.

She got too skinny. Her face is very drawn. IMO, she does not look healthy.

4. did she admit she had surgery yet? I've read that she denies it

there is no way she lost that much that quick without gastric bypass unless she went on a liguid diet.

7. I think she had surgery.

I can't imagine anyone losing all that weight without the surgery.

8. my friends brother had the surgery a week before Thanksgiving this year

and i think it has literally saved his life and it is not the easy way out at all.

10. Some people need to have the surgery

and I'm all for those who need it to have it done. I agree that it can save people's lives despite some of the complications that may arise.

11. in his case it was a must have, he started out at 390, he had to lose some

on his own which he did but he basically starved himself. His hope is that the surgery will help him keep it off and now he's actua;;y learing what to eat.

5. I guess I wouldn't say she looks too skinny

but she does look scary and like a drag queen.

9. her head looks kind of big now in relation to her body but still

she looks like she feels a lot better.

6. Older skin doesn't bounce back

I'm starting to notice it in my face too. Once it stretches, it just doesn't recover.
