How many times, per day, do you change your socks?

Okay, heard from someone that 4 sock changes per day is the norm. Now, this person isn't in the type of business that might require this. Not a firefighter, nor does this person slog through a swamp all day. I don't get it. Maybe it's me, and I don't do a sock "line change" often enough. Help me out here, please?

1. Twice. One pair for the gym, one for normal use.

Now, if I come home and take the 2nd pair off, and then go out again later, I use a fresh pair. My feet tend to sweat. :puke:

depends how many times I go out.

I hate wearing shoes & socks. So the minute I come home, I take them off. I hate them so much the socks don't even make it past the mud room - I have a basket I throw socks in 2 feet from the garage door so I don't have to wear them a second longer than possible. If they bother me too much, I'll take them off on the way home from work at a red light and drive home barefoot. Sometimes I get three or four pairs of socks piled up on the floor of my car.

If I go out shopping, walking, whatever, I use a fresh pair.

Your laundry bill must be HUGE if you're changing your socks more than twice a day.
