you can get busted for helping others to cheat. perhaps it isn't technically cheating from your side, but that really is the only purpose of those term-paper buying websites.
Could you imagine what would happen if some idiot at your school tries to turn in your paper? Admitting that you sold your paper is not likely to be endearing to the people that you might need for recommendations and such. In addition, the few dollars that they pay you probably wouldn't be worth the time that it takes to prove that you didn't buy the paper in the first place.
A quick google search indicates that they pay like $10-15. Hardly worth your time or the trouble.
