next week i'll be starting a medical weight loss program ...

i hope to lose many, many, many pounds ...i am looking forward to losing all this weight so, on the personal level that is one bright thought i start the new year with...although, on the political, community level, i'll be fighting the bush agenda every which way i can. i have printed up some business cards with some clip art and just the logo NO TO THE BUSH AGENDA. i plan to drop a few of these wherever i go--whenever it is possible to do so.

can you believe that i am actually looking forward to losing this weight -- which means, DIET: only liquids for the first three months, and then after that ... ???? that is why this medical program monitors you closely. they are connected with people who do bariatric surgery, but i don't want to go the bariatric surgery way...nor do i think it is for me... i do like to eat--and after losing the weight i'll need to learn whatever it takes to keep the weight off...but bariatric surger, no. that is not for me, i know.

SO, AS YOU WISH ME LUCK in losing the many, many pounds that i have to lose and in sticking with my weight loss program, may i too wish you luck in getting rid of the many, many pounds that have to go!
