I'm spending my day off - Snuggling with Dominick Dunne.

Almost rhymes with "bubblegum", however I feel that Mister Dunne knows me personally and is giving me everything I want today. Today Court TV is my airplane, and is nursing me & my headcold quite nicely.

So this guy, who's written a bunch of books, is up here on my TV, wowing me with tales of Mike Peterson, pictures, quotes, wit, little comments about himself ("I've seen the inside of that AA meeting hall for two years now" and, "In my personal opinion, Henry Lee is..ummmm...colorful.") proving to the rest of us headcases that even in the pursuit of JUSTICE he'll not be throwing any stones.

So today I'll indulge with an "I LOVE DOMINICK" thread and little trips to the old boob tube.

Don't you fucking HATE head colds? I haven't had one in YEARS!!!! I hope you feel better too. It's fun to be swept along by this man who apparently CARES about you. One thing I love about this silly show is the almost interactive way the show affects you. It's D.D. telling you, "I got yer back, girlfriend". It's this guy who's not afraid of blithering GROSSNESS. And then giving it to you & saving you from it at the same time.

I'm a sucker, and I don't mind saying so.
