After lots of expirementation with different marinades, it is my opinion
that Allegro Original Marinade is by far the best store bought/bottled marinade you can buy. This stuff is frickin' delicious.

3. I should have been more specific . . . the best BEEF marinade
It kicks major ass on steaks and such.

I'll have to give it a try. I usually make my own, but I'm always up for new things. So is it for barbecuing or for roasting?

have a place for outside grilling right now).

7. My experience with marinading has thus far been fruitless:
This one "tainted" the marinade. (Note: make sure they've *gone* BEFORE you get them in the liquid.)



They wouldn't stay in the marinade:
