Anyone who lives in a state without Tollbooths should be questioned for sanity.

I'm calling the NSA and having you and the rest of North Carolina wiretapped!

6. They are about 5th most likely in the AFC to get there.
No bye, one home game, I give it about a 3.2% chance.

23. TO did well in 2004
To be honest, it's Owen's agent who is the real nutcase. Eagles probably would have renegotiated his contract sometime mid-season if Owen's agent was making an ass of himself in pre-season. We renegotiated for Westbrook and Akers (who was injured the beginning of the season).

Oh well, good draft pick here we come!

The AFC playoffs are going to be a much bigger challenge than the NFC. I do expect an AFC Superbowl win, whoever makes it.

edit for spelling, dammit

18. He is evil, isn't he?
True story:

Back in the early 60's, he was a news anchor in San Diego. My Mom was a senior in high school, and dating a guy who lived next door to Regis and his wife, so this guy and the Philbins were friends.

They nearly went on a double date, but it fell through. My mom later met and married a better guy... who became my Dad.

35. And an 8 point win against a completely different team means... what?
Sorry, but that game probably does a lot more to make my case than it does to hurt it. We nearly pulled off that win without Seymour, Dillon, and Bruschi, all of whom will be in action this time around. Plus our young offensive line has gotten a lot more experience by now.

Much as I dislike the Colts' ownership, you have to give Dungy his due, and he is due.

Extremely classy individual and coach.
Has certainly paid his dues.

41. I'd rather have a case of the clap than to see the Colts win
I lived in Harrisburg when the Colts left Baltimore in the middle of the night. The only team I hate more than the Colts are Dallas and the Ravens (because Baltimore did the same thing to Cleveland)

43. I was living in Silver Spring, MD when the Colts left
Hence my disgust with the owners, but I thought Dungy was screwed royally by Tampa Bay, and Grudin won a Super Bowl with Dungy's team. I have to say that the only team I hate more than the Colts are indeed the Cowboys, mostly cause I'm a 'Skins fan, but I also used to live in Houston. The only team I hate more than the Cowboys are the NY Yankees, the only team I hate more than the NY Yankees are the Republicans and that's the end of my hate.... I have no opinion regarding the Ravens, that's probably because there is a Cleveland Browns team playing today. I always pull for the Eagles (if the 'Skins are out of the picture) and the Giants too. Kinda like the way I pull for the Red Sox once the Orioles are out of contention.

Right Now, I'm pulling for the 'Skins.

By the time it happened, I had moved up 95 to Conn. -- but that WAS me charging around the front yard in a Baltimore Colts helmet onto the back of which I had carefully glued Tom Matte's "44". That little boy has not forgiven them, Ravens or no Ravens, and so he wants a T-shirt that says "I'd rather have a case of the clap than to see the Colts win" for Festivus!

edit: Yikes! It said "T-0shirt"! I wouldn't pay $2.99 for a T-O shirt on eBay!
