Don't you hate it when you can't remember if someone liked you or not?
This happened to me about a month ago when I bumped into someone I graduated from HS with.

And now again. I saw a job on Monster.com and the HR Manager is someone I worked with in a small office about 15 years ago. I need the job and I need to call her but I can't remember whether we liked each other or not and it's making me crazy.

Did that ever happen to you?

2. The first person I didn't really care but if I'm trying to chat
someone up for info on a job, it would be nice to remember the relationship from the old job.

5. Do what you have to do
You need to apply, and if she's the one you have to deal with, so be it.

After 15 years a lot of things change.

Go for it!

8. If I don't remember
It usually means that the relationship was pretty neutral. Neutral is probably best for a job contact years after the fact. It might be awkward if it was someone who you had hostility with or someone who wondered why you didn't stay in contact with them after you graduated.

10. I always remember.
If I remember the person, then I can remember if we liked each other or not. I bet that is tough, though. I'd hate to not remember something like that when running into someone.
