I was totally blown away the first time I bought a Public Enemy Tape... |

..which was about 10-12 years ago. Hell it was back when I was still buying cassettes and it was "Fear of a Black Nation". Amazing but topical rap group with a great sound and right at you lyrics.
So I post this tonight to say just how sadden I'm see the fall of Public Enemy - mainly with that idiot Flavor Flav. I just got home from work, turned on the TV and caught a whole 10 minutes of Flavor Flav's new idiotic reality show where 15 girls act all slutty in hopes of being his new girl friend.
Chuck D must be livid to see how his group is being ruined by this asshole. I guess the hopes of a Public Enemy reunion is pretty much nixed!

1. Given the fact that Flavor |

served as more of a support to Chuck D's raps, I don't see why they couldn't still perform sans Flavor Flav. At least, I always saw him that way--I guess it all depends on how Chuck D felt about the situation.
