Insomnia sucks .
I can't go to sleep even if my mind is tired . When I get in bed under the covers and get cozy , 5 minutes later I am right out of the bed doing something else . It has gotten to the point where I only sleep during the daytime . I must be part Vampire or something . I need to sleep and I have to work tomorrow - argh .

2. Get all cozy in bed, and try
reading Being and Time, by Martin Heidegger. You have to really try to understand it though. Bet you don't get more than two or three pages and :boring:

3. UPDATE : Its nearly 8 am I am still wide awake .
I did get an hour and a half of sleep . Lucky me .

I was having the same problem.
I've gone back to falling asleep with the TV or the CD player on.
Sometimes eating a little might help.
