I can't go to sleep even if my mind is tired . When I get in bed under the covers and get cozy , 5 minutes later I am right out of the bed doing something else . It has gotten to the point where I only sleep during the daytime . I must be part Vampire or something . I need to sleep and I have to work tomorrow - argh .

I was having the same problem. I've gone back to falling asleep with the TV or the CD player on. Sometimes eating a little might help.
