199. Actually, I thought it was the other way.

The officials aren't calling late hits or holds, they've taken away one interception from Texas, and tried to take another, they gave Leinart a yard on that fourth down play (it still wasn't enough). The lateral was a lot closer at regular speed than it looked in freeze frame.

But after watching the whole half, I've decided the officials just aren't calling anything unless it's obvious. Both teams are hitting late and/or holding on almost every play, and nothing is being called. Oh well, as long as it's even.

Pity about the bogus lateral call, though. It was pretty close, but it was clearly wrong. Longhorns would have still had the ball in great position with a lot of momentum, but you never know what would have happened.

As for the anti-Texas bullshit, California gave us Nixon and Reagan, so bite me.
