Posting them on the Internets to make a couple of $$$.
Especially, if they were sparkly pictures. (I can think of one buyer off hand.)

I once watched a video ad my ex brought home produced by a noted local criminal attorney he worked for, getting ready to release to local channels advertising his services.
About a third of the way through for about a 1/4 second there was a flash of a lush satin sheet bed with a HUGE FUCKING 14" DILDO propped upright on the end of it. I mean you couldn'ta done anything with it other than throw it over your shoulder and burp it. Clearly either the master tape or the copy we had was done on a previously used home video tape.
I didn't like the guy - I voted we go ahead and release it, but it wasn't MY boss, so I was overruled.

his sister also worked for the guy and her husband had noticed it in her copy. I wish I could have been a fly on the wall when they told him though. . . .
It was literally a flicker while you were watching, but the eye is faster than the dildo.

7. I'm guessing nobody here is aware of "The Law of Used Video Equipment." |
|
It's one of the lesser known Murphy's Laws...
Which states quite clearly: "When Selling A Used VCR or Other Video Equipment You Will Accidentally Leave The Most Damaging Video You Own In It."
Happens every time.

8. I would probably show them to my friends... |
|
...after I'd copied them so that I can use the memory card. I might ask for a replacement, too, depending on whether or not they're supposed to disclose that it was returned.

11. I'd take it back and talk to the manager. |
|
If the store was selling something "used" at the "new" price, that is deceptive advertising.
By the same token, if they were selling the same item marked as "used", caveat emptor.
