These can get big quickly and can be painful.

My son had one many years ago. Soaked his foot twice a day, dried it and used over the counter wart med. Took about two weeks to kill it.

You should probably go to a doc and have it frozen off. To mess with it with an exacto knife, as you posted you might do, can cause infection and spreading.
