and "save image as". Then go to the options menu at
the top of the screen, click the change avatar box, upload
your own(making sure to pick the .gif file extention), then
cut and paste the file name they give you, into the box for
your avatar and "save chages"  at the bottom of the
screen.

As for the sigline image, click edit my signature and cut and
paste this code exactly:
