GRRR! Power outage in my DC neighborhood.

Eastern Market, for those of you familiar with DC.

Someone thought s/he saw smoke rising from a manhole and called PepCo.

Power will be out for at least an hour.

Thank goodness for unsecured wireless connections (brazilians in the area)!
