Spammers are the scum of the Earth
They have now infested every single one of my e-mail accounts, despite my best efforts. I have 2000 messages in one of my inboxes, since October. I've gotten so sick of deleting them, that I just let them go. Then, I keep getting "new" e-mails, but they've been dated back, so as to trick people to go looking for them, in their inboxes. I just got three from the future. I'm afraid to let my son have an e-mail account, because I don't think I want him to know what Trina does with horses.

I'm very frustrated, because they've now gotten to my university account. I just had to vent. Are there any suggestions on how to get them to STOP. I've heard it's impossible.

I fucking hate them. I hate them worse than patriarchal purveyors of the philosophies of order. And that's saying A LOT.

:argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh:

1. They are terrible, I agree
My husband has a junk account that he uses for non-ordering, non-personal web stuff. It gets 300-500 spams per day. Ugh.

Get a new hotmail account, and only use it for business transactions and personal communications. Don't post that address anywhere on the web (forums, etc.)

Don't know what to tell you about your Uni email. Have you filtered on keywords that you want auto-deleted, and does your Uni tech support have a means to report them?

2. They have some kind of spam alert thing
That simply tells me that it is spam, but doesn't do anything about it. I'll have to try some of those things, and talk to the tech support people. I have been PSYCHO about not clicking on any spam, or letting the address get on the web, or using it for anything -- I don't even order stuff with it -- I use one of the other accounts.
