HR sent me an email.

They had asked for my salary requirement. I was told later that it had to be apprroved by the Executive Creative Director, as it was higher than the amount they had budgeted.
That was three days ago.
I just got an email saying they had spoken to the ECD, and would talk to me on Monday, if I'm available.
Hmmmm, let me check my busy schedule.

I went out to see a DUer's blues band tonight. They were great, too. Tomorrow, It's Irish music with The Elders.
Yes, I think they have accepted that they would have to pay me a decent salary. Otherwise, I probably would have gotten a nice form letter.
The process continues on Monday.
