My son just called me an iPod whore. Did he coin a phrase?

I got me a cool 30 GB iPod w/video. Since then I'm spending hour, days, downloading music and loading my Pod. It is addicting and the time I'm dedicating to loading is bordering unhealthy.
Now if I can just get videos to load....Then the fun begins.

I have a 60GB model. I spent 2 1/2 days just getting my CD's ripped. I have yet to do video, but I should have a couple Battlestar Galactia episodes loaded soon for the road.

I have had to limit myself on the Podcasts I download or there are not enough hours in a day to get to all of them (even if I listen at work).

My 30-something attorney son-in-law is WAAAYYY into all the latest electronic gadgets.
It's like an obsession with him.
He's a nice guy, and I cut him a LOT of slack.
But Jesus, I don't really care if he's carrying around his favorite 2000 tunes in his pocket.
Whatever...I guess.

I have 39 days worth of audio on only 8GB of space. The video will take up much more space.

But I spend more time putting music on it than actually listening to the music.

I just ordered an adapter for my car so I can play my Nano thru the head unit (and it will even utilize the remote controls on my steering wheel!) :D

8. yeah, my truck stereo has an iPod adapter.

It can access the iPod just as if it were a remote CD changer. It even texts the song title/artist/album.

Now all I need is the iPod to go with it!
