Granted, I didn't go to bed until about 2 a.m., but I'm sitting here at work and can't wait to leave to get home and go to bed. I'm yawning as I type this.

Too much sleep? Still not enough? SAD?

1. too much sleep? (oops that's what you already said)
I dunno, we've been pretty tired around here since the holidays ended. I always suspect it's the lack of light....

:hi:

4. I think so
It's been so cloudy and dreary lately. I don't think I've seen the sun for like 10 days or more. It was peeking out a bit today and rather warm, so we spent about two hours outside doing yard work.

I work mostly 4-12, so if the sun did happen to come out, I would be able to bask in it, but that's a big if. I do tend to get like this around January/February.

2. When you get up tomorrow . . .
. . . do about 30 minutes of aerobics. That'll give you more energy and help you sleep.

:)

3. I'm not having trouble sleeping
It's staying awake that's the issue. (Although, I am overdue on getting back in my exercise routine after a holiday break.)

5. I vote for too much sleep.
Sometimes, it can wear you out as much as getting too little sleep.
