Need visual entertainment. Post a random photo.
Post a photo of whatever you want to post, and tell us what it is and why it matters. :D

Here's mine:

On election day 2004, one DUer posted that she was in the hospital but left to vote for Kerry, so I made the image above for her to use as her signature that day. I can't for the life of me remember who that DUer was, and would love to know.

It's your turn. Post a random photo and tell us about it.

72. College diploma
>

I worked a long long time to get my BA. Graduating high school in '75 I went to college right away. I felt like a fish out of water and really had no direction. I never felt like I had any guidance as to what to do so I flunked out after my first year, sitting out a semester. I stuck it out for another 2years but really had no idea of what I wanted to do or be. So I dropped out. Fast forward about 20 some years and something told me that I needed to do this, that I needed to finish what I started. So I took classes I liked and had an interest in. Little by little I pared down my requirements to the point that one day I fulfilled them all. I breathed a sigh of relief when my grade report arrived with the words REQUIREMENTS MET FOR GRADUATION in bold letters written on the bottom. At commencement I cried like a baby, relieved that I had finally done it. It felt like I climbed Mt. Everest.
