And actually, skinning the mole is a good idea, but then you don't have the mole fibers for the coals.

The best moles have a lot of ingredients and take lots of time. I have to make lots of visits to a restaurant before I will try their mole. If mole is done wrong, it's NASTY. So, I think the total number of restaurants at which I will eat mole numbers 3.
