I forget exactly what it is, but its DU without the hassels that you get when the WWW site is messed up. I only use it when I cant get the WWW site

19. The first half-mile was fine.

I had to work hard on the second half. I swam only once in December because I was too busy eating and partying! It is good to be getting back to it. It does me a lot of good!
