I live in the Midwest - ask me something! |
|
Edited on Mon Jan-09-06 12:07 PM by ZombieNixon
I live in this amazing, multi-cultural city which is loads of fun and educational as well. I'm also hiding out from my parents, who don't live here (waaah!) So be kind and ask thoughtful questions!

17. actually, I like the DC suburbs, where I live now |
|
lots of diversity and interesting things in this area, too!
though Los Angeles, where I lived before, is pretty unbeatable.
Chicago weather really sucks.

14. I grew up just north of there |
|
and the town I lived in had a decent size Hispanic population back in the eighties. In my town you were either Hispanic, Italian or Irish(unless your family was from further north-then you were German).

5. How do you deal with tornadoes |
|
Here in the East they're SMALL and RARE.
Saw my first green sky outside Detroit airport and was scared out of my mind.
Also got chased by tornado clouds once outside Minneapolis (I was interrupted in the middle of a meeting and told the meeting place was closing and they had ordered me a cab and we all had to leave immediately -- that was nerve wracking!)

I never saw a tornado until I moved to Missouri. Not very common in that area(though they do happen).
