It may be something you could do yourself. If you don't want to fool with it just find a handyman jack of all trades, maybe a carpenter.

3. two doors, two problems |
|
1. One door closes with great difficulty. The door doesn't line up in the frame, I guess. Maybe it needs to be re-hung? :shrug:
2. The other door was kicked in, and the jamb was split open.
