2. Went to a LOTR marathon at a local theatre last week

It was a hoot - 600 people cheering the heros and eating the pizza and hotdogs the theatre sold between films. I only stayed through The Two Towers because that was all the sittin' I could take. Hopefully the next time this theatre does this again I can make it through all 3!

Oh, I almost forgot: popcorn with real butter on it. That is all.

4. Yes! Many in costumes -- there was a contest
The winner was this 8 year old boy dressed like Legolas. He had grown out his blond hair which his mom braided. His mom also made his costume. According to her he started growing out his hair after he first saw Fellowship. He was so cute -- too bad I didn't think to bring my camera.
