3. 0-to-20. And my legs are tired!
Still, compared to 3 years ago when my legs weren't atrophied, I did a really good job. Little sweating and hardly out of breath; I think today was rather better... which doesn't explain the atrophy, but when you've got an injured spine, I suppose anything is possible...

7. One flight contains 14 steps at an angle approximately 45 degrees.
Between 40 and 50, definitely. I didn't have a protractor or other measuring device to confirm it, though... but it was no gentle incline...

thats better then what I do as a work out...1-lift remote, 2-type more, 3-repeat 1 and 2 :evilgrin:

was it just stairs or any other exercise?
