2. what makes it worse for me is the fact that I have been

working 3rd shift for almost 3 years now and I can't sleep days either...I am seriously considering changing jobs so I can go back to working days...then MAYBE with the help of drugs I might get 2-4 hours every so often...
what the hell guess I can sleep when I'm dead...
