Fuck the future. I am going to improve myself.
I've already been exercising and I no longer feel so gloom'n'doomy.

Muscular strenghth is improving; though to eliminate the tingling in my shoulders will take time.

Ditto for the legs.

Odd how I keep losing belt sizes despite not really doing much of any cardio; only muscle re-building.

But I do feel better.

And intend to continue.

Ditto for learning. I don't think there's going to be a economic crunch or anything else.

No fear tactics.

I want to live and I'm going to live.

Besides, if you saw the personal ad I saw, you'd do the same... :9 :9 :9 :9 :9

1. Good attitude,
you have to live for yourself, make yourself happy first.

Then you can work on making someone else happy.

2. Good for you, HypnoToad!
Glad to know you're feeling better these days.

Here's a great quote I have taped to my computer, which I love and seems appropriate to share with you:

"You may never know the result that comes from your actions, but if you do nothing, there will be no result." ~ Gandhi.

All the best to you!

4. You never can tell... it may be too little too late.
But I will at least try.

(the tingling is annoying, but I've nothing to lose.)

5. And yes, you're absolutely right
There will be an economic crunch, any student of US History with his or her eyes open should be able to see that.

It's the classic people v power thing, and it's gonna suck, a lot. But then it will swing the other way when people finally realize it's all bullshit.

Good luck.
